Internal use only
The “Nova Daily Operations Report” application (“the App”) is an internal software tool developed and operated by Nova Metals, Inc. (“Nova Metals”) exclusively for its own internal business use. The App is not licensed, offered, marketed, or made available to any other individual, business, or organization. There are no external end users; “authorized users” means the Nova Metals employees designated to receive or administer the App’s output.
Permitted use
Authorized users may use the App’s output (the daily operations report and any related data) solely for Nova Metals’ internal business purposes. The App and its output may not be redistributed, resold, or provided to any third party outside Nova Metals.
No warranty
The App is provided on an internal, as-is basis. Nova Metals makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal reporting function.
Data sources
The App connects to Nova Metals’ own internal business systems using read-only, least-privilege credentials, as described in the accompanying Privacy Policy. The App does not modify data in any connected system.
Changes
Nova Metals may modify these terms or the App itself at any time, as it is an internal tool subject to Nova Metals’ ordinary internal change-management practices.
