Nova Metals operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Orion Assessment Services International, an IAS-accredited certification body. Certification followed an on-site Stage 2 audit of our Carol Stream facility, which closed with zero nonconformities — none major, none minor.
For our customers, certification is confirmation of what governs the work day to day: documented process control from quote through shipment, calibrated measurement equipment on a managed schedule, traceable records, and a root-cause corrective action process tied to customer feedback. The system is subject to annual third-party surveillance audits, the next in July 2027.

Precision sheet metal fabrication including punching, forming, welding/assembly, and finishing support serving projects from prototypes to repeat production.
